HOW TO USE THE MEMBER DIRECTORY

  1. Click on the image above to go to the member directory homepage
    You will see a blue and orange banner, and the word iMIS15 at the top of the page
  2. Click on the blue Log On link in the lefthand navigation panel
  3. Fill in your User ID (Logon) and your password. NOTE: in most cases, your default username will be your first initial and last name* (ie: jsmith) and your password is the word boma (case sensitive) plus your member number (ie: boma000). If you do not know your member, you can retrieve it from the welcome message you received after we added you to our database.
  4. Click the orange Logon button
    NOTE: if your username and password do not work as directed above, you may either use the "forgot my logon" to retrieve your logon name, or "forgot my password" to reset your password. If you do change your password, the BOMA office will not be able to provide it to you should you forget it in the future, but we can reset it so you can re-do your profile by again following the "forgot my logon" or "forgot my password" steps.
  5. Once in the member directory site, you can manage your own profile information, and search for other members.

*In some cases, two or more members may share the same first initial and last name combination. In this case, you will need use the "forgot my logon" button on the member directory site, or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it us.

ARE YOU HAVING DIFFICULTY RECEIVING OUR MAILINGS?

Some members have very strict spam filtering for their email, either at the server level or the inbox level. This can make it difficult for our membership mailings to reach you. If you're not receiving our mailings, the first thing to try is to add our email address and mailing server domain to the safe sender list/address book in your email program. Please add the following address and domain:

If you still aren't getting our mailings after adding those to your email address book, the issue may be originating with your company's email server and corportate-level spam filtering. In this case, ask your company's IT manager to add the above email address and domain to the server-level safe-list. They can also whitelist the following IP address: 168.215.101.205.
