BOMA Ottawa has established a Membership Committee whose mandate is to recruit new members and encourage active participation at BOMA functions and on one of BOMA's many committees.

Becoming an active member of BOMA Ottawa affords one the opportunity to have input into BOMA programs and to network with other BOMA members.

BOMA Ottawa has also established a mentoring program for new members.

Membership Categories

Corporate Membership: Is for individuals, firms, corporations or government who own or manage office or other non-residential building complexes in excess of 20,000 square feet. If less, the buildings must be leased out by the Owner for commercial purposes.

Allied Membership: Is for companies, partnerships and sole proprietorships and their representatives who provide products and or services to the office space industry.

Associate Membership: Is for additional employees or partners of Corporate or Allied Members who qualify by reason of their nomination by their respective companies.

Life Membership: Is granted to those individuals who have rendered distinguished service to the Association and have been active members for at least 15 years.

Reciprocal Membership: Is granted to other Associations with related goals.
