The Building Owners and Managers Association of Ottawa promotes professionalism in the commercial real estate industry through a variety of educational programs.

Through BOMI Institute (Building Owners and Managers Institute), BOMA Ottawa offers professional credentials including the designations of:

• Real Property Administrator (RPA®)
• Facilities Management Administrator (FMA®)
• Systems Maintenance Technician (SMT®) (self-study only)
• Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA®) (self-study only)

BOMA Ottawa offers a full range of BOMI courses including accelerated courses to suit your needs. BOMI has established educational standards in the commercial property industry through specialized courses and the above-listed designation programs. More than 50,000 professionals worldwide have used Institute courses to master today's challenges and meet tomorrow's opportunities.
