MENTORING PROGRAM

BOMA Ottawa, through the Education Committee, offers a Mentoring program for its members. Mentoring, in the context of career development, is an interactive process wherein a senior person within the Real Estate community undertakes to provide information, advice and support to a less experienced member. This is primarily achieved by our member mentors acting as role models, counselors and advisors to their protégés. Mentoring in its most simple form takes place through ongoing personal contact between Mentors and Protégés.
