You are about to enter a bold, new era of office building performance measurement.  The BOMA Experience Exchange Report is about to get even better.  For nearly 90 years, BOMA's EER has provided income and expense data and analysis to help builidng owners and managers build budgets, evaluate operating expenses, identify areas for improvement, and communicate performance metrics to owners and investors.

What's different about the new EER?
In a nutshell, it's all online and at your fingertips ... you simply access, download and use the data in infinite ways.  All the EER's data will be available via the Web.  The book and CD versions will no longer be available.  This new web-based resource is easier and faster to use, completely interactive and offers tremendous flexibility.
